HELLO
I’m (Mansi)
Long before I started handing out tokens, I was paying attention to people, not roles. The tokens simply gave me a way to initiate conversation — small, handmade pieces of art for those who rarely get noticed: a crossing guard, a grocery clerk, a barista.
Since 2018, I’ve handed these out. Again and again, as conversations have deepened, I’ve watched shoulders soften and people reveal parts of themselves that have nothing to do with job titles, accomplishments, or expertise. In our brief exchanges we are simply being human.
Now I bring that same practice into rooms — creating experiences for teams and communities who want to reconnect with themselves and one another.
No roles. Just humans.
Creativity is my invitation.
Conversation is the heart.
Connection is our ripple.
People arrive as labels. They leave feeling human.
THE RIPPLE EXPERIENCE™
Bring This to Your Team
In Silicon Valley, where speed and productivity are rewarded, we’ve quietly lost permission to do the opposite. This experience offers 90 minutes to pause, to play, to make something that doesn’t need to be useful — in a room full of people who need it as much as you do.
Rooted in The RIPPLE Practice™: a way of moving through the world with more noticing, more presence, and more grace for yourself and others.
One Practice. Different Forms.
THE RIPPLE STATION™
Notice Someone Today
People often find their way here because they’ve felt what it's like to be unseen — and they want to change that for someone else. A small wooden station by my mailbox, where neighbors take one, add their own words, and pass it on. Listed in the Worldwide Sidewalk Joy Map and the Free Little Art Gallery.
Received a token?
Someone saw you today — beyond your function, beyond your role. That’s the whole practice. If you’re curious about where it came from, you're already here.
THE BOOK
Little Tokens, Big Ripples
Little Tokens, Big Ripples started as a five-minute pitch at a live book event. It’s being developed now, with Schiffer Craft, for publication in Fall 2027.
At its heart is a question I’ve been exploring for years: what happens when someone feels seen?
AN OPEN DOOR
