Guided Line Drawing: A Meditative Practice (filmed 2022)*

$5 · 59-minute video · watch anytime

One pen. Simple shapes. Then slow, wandering lines drawn over everything you just made — until the chaos settles and something beautiful is left.

This practice started as my answer to a restless mind. I wasn't looking for abstract expression or emotional excavation. I wanted to make something with my hands that was beautiful and slow and kind. This is what I found.

The video is an hour. You’re not meant to watch it — you’re meant to do it alongside me, at the same pace, with your own pen and paper. Go slow. Breathe. Let the lines go wherever they go.

There’s a moment in this video where I explain what all those tangled lines in the background actually are. They’re supposed to look like that. That’s the point.

By the end you’ll have made something — a bookmark, a gratitude tag, a page in your journal, whatever surface you chose. It will look nothing like mine. That’s also the point.

A pen, some paper, and about an hour. That's all this asks of you.
